HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OUT OF THIS TOOL:

  • Recommended duration: 1 month maximum
  • Topic: Either focus on 1 key service area (Color, Care, etc.) or combine two (e.g. Color & Retail)
  • Participants: All should be involved, in case employees can offer the entire salon's service range
  • Mechanism: Keep the purpose of the competition in mind and find the best way to give everyone a fair chance to win so all are motivated to participate

Example of Challenge

  • The x best performances in terms of color service penetration* (in %)*Number of color services per employee vs number of visits within the challenge period (e.g: Stylist X reached the best performance in the below case example)
  • Stylist X did 48 color services out of 100 visits, her performance is 48%
  • Stylist Y did 65 color services out of 150 visits, his performance is 43%
