To protect your account, the password reset link will expire if you do not update your password immediately after clicking on it, or if you click on the link multiple times. If this happens, you will need to request a new forgotten password reset email.We will email your password reset link as soon as we receive your request. If the email has not arrived after 30 minutes, please check your spam folder, and ensure you have entered the correct email address registered to your Wella Salon Marketing account. If you still do not receive an email, please contact Wella Salon Marketing Support or your Wella Account Manager.
